Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on Pending status.

Our Shipping Policy is as below:
Delivery usually will takes about 1 to 5 working days.
We may take up to 3 days to ship the products although we normally ship next day.
We do not ship on Weekends or Public holiday.
For Domestic delivery, we use Pos Laju, GDEX or Citilink Express for Peninsular Malaysia and Pos Laju or Amber Services for Sabah and Sarawak. Contact us if you require a different delivery method.
For Industrial Sewing Machine and Portable Sewing Machine / Embroidery Machine, we are able to arrange for home or business address delivery inclusive of training in Lembah Kelang area and Selangor within radius of 100 km from Bangi. Different delivery charges may apply. Otherwise, all products on the website aside from the Industrial Sewing Machine will be sent via Pos Laju or Citilink Express.
